我国医患纠纷经济学思考的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics analysis of economics thinking on doctor and patient disputes between in China

目的:从文献计量学角度了解医患纠纷经济学思考的研究热点和现状。方法:对CBMD、CHKD、维普、万方4个数据库中有关医患纠纷经济学思考的837篇文献采用计量学方法分析发表时间、发表刊物等7个指标。结果:文献量与时间呈正态分布,2013年起文献量呈逐年下降趋势;载文量排前10位的期刊中仅有中国医院管理一种中国科技核心期刊;发文量最多的作者共计4位,达3篇;发文量最多的单位是西南医科大学(前身泸州医学院),共计发文6篇;关键词频次排前5位的是护患纠纷、医患纠纷、医患关系、对策、医患矛盾;22个类别基金资助文献26篇。结论:医患纠纷经济学领域的研究力度需要加强,质量需要提升,主要论述原因分析、预防措施和对策,较少站在经济学专业角度进行阐述,加强以预防为主的患者安全活动的经济学研究,将成为一个新的研究热点,值得相关领域研究者予以关注。

Objectives: To make clear the research focus and status quo of economics thinking on disputes between medical staff(doctors, nurses) and patient from the perspective of bibliometrics. Methods: The study analyzed a total of 7 indicators of 837 documents about economic thinking on disputes between medical staff and patient from CBMD, CHKD,VIP and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform by means of metrology,including publication time, journals and so on. Results: The literature were proportionally distributed along time, while a tendency of decreasing present since 2013. Chinese hospital management was found the only one core journal in China’s science and technology field among the top 10 journals with the largest number of papers. For the highest number of publish articles, there were 4 authors, up to 3, and one working unit up to 6, Southwest Medical University(formerly known as Luzhou Medical University). The five keywords with highest frequency were: nurse-patient dispute, doctor-patient dispute, doctor-patient relationship, countermeasures, doctor-patient contradiction. Twenty-six documents were supported by 22 funds. Conclusions: Research efforts about economics on disputes between medical staff and patient needs to be strengthened and the quality needs to be improved, which mainly discussed causes, preventive measures and countermeasures, but rarely from the perspective of the economics. The study of disputes between medical staff and patient from the perspective of economics will be a new research focus, deserving more attention from researchers in related fields.
