摘要
目的:了解北京市儿科协同中心教学需求,开展针对性的教学活动。方法:采用立意抽样的方法,自行设计调查问卷,对北京市医院管理局儿科协同发展中心成员单位进行问卷调查,回收问卷19份,有效问卷19份,有效率为100%。结果:儿科门诊常见接诊专业前3位分别是呼吸、新生儿、消化系统疾病;病房常见收治专业前3位分别是呼吸、新生儿、神经系统疾病。成员单位对于师资培训的需求最强烈,而教学查房是师资培训的重点开展方向。儿科学新进展课程、住院医师临床思维能力训练以及临床技能操作培训需求较普遍。结论:北京市儿科协同中心将依据实际需求,开展有针对性的教学培训;针对临床技能薄弱专项,组织多种形式教学活动;形成协作组织、优势互补、动态管理的教学同质化发展模式。
Objectives:To understand the teaching needs of Beijing Pediatric Synergy Center and to carry out targeted teaching activities.Methods:Adopt a method of intentional sampling.Questionnaires were designed by ourselves,and questionnaires were conducted on members of the Pediatric Cooperative Development Center of Beijing Hospital Administration.19 questionnaires were collected and 19 valid questionnaires.The effective rate was 100%.Results:The top three clinics for pediatric outpatients are:respiratory,neonatal,and digestive diseases;the top three in the ward are respiratory,neonatal,and neurological diseases.The demand for teacher training is the strongest among member units,and the teaching rounds are the key direction for teacher training.New advances in pediatrics,resident clinical thinking skills training and clinical skills training will be widely needed.Conclusion:According to the actual needs,Beijing Pediatric Synergy Center will carry out targeted teaching training;organize various forms of teaching activities in view of the weak clinical skills;and form a Teaching homogenization development model with cooperative organization,complementary advantages and dynamic management.
