摘要
医用耗材已经成为各医疗机构日常运行的重要物资,直接影响医疗服务的质量及效果,建立科学系统的供应商评价体系、构筑以证据为基础的供应商评价标准迫在眉睫。鉴于当前医院对供应商定位不准确、缺乏科学全面的供应商考核评价机制和激励机制、医用耗材市场供应商轮替频繁等现状,医院应从供应商信用综合评定和供货能力评价两方面建立供应商遴选评价机制,在坚持客观公正、可操作性、优胜劣汰、周期性等原则的基础上建立供应商供应行为评价体系和激励机制,保障医用耗材质量和供应商服务水平,确保医疗安全。
Medical materials have been become the important materials assuring hospital normally operation and directly have influencing quality and effect of medical care. It is necessary to construct evidence based supplier assessment standard. Because of the ambiguous of targeting, lack of scientific and all-round supplier assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism, high frequency changing of medical material market, it needs to building supplier assessment and selection mechanism in both of comprehensive trust assessment and the capacity of supply. Based on the principles of objectives, operational, survival of the fittest, cycle substitution, supplier behavior assessment system and incentive mechanism has been established to assure medical material quality and supplier’s capacity and assure medical safety.
