注射用头孢曲松钠致婴儿尿结晶1例

One Case of Urinary Crystal Induced by Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection in Infant

摘要 病例:患儿,男,5月龄,因“咳嗽2天”于2018年8月8日入院。2天前受凉后开始出现咳嗽,初为阵发性轻咳,咳嗽渐加重,呈阵发性连声咳,喉间有痰,精神、胃纳欠佳,大小便外观未见异常。查体:体温37.0℃,脉搏132次/分呼吸33次/分,体重8 kg,两肺呼吸音增粗,未闻及干湿性啰音,其余检查未见明显异常。
