高速铣削刀具变形影响因素数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过ANSYS Workbench模拟分析HSK高速铣削刀具系统在不同的主轴转速、径向切深、轴向切深和每齿进给量4种切削参数下刀具系统的变形情况,分析结果发现:这4种切削参数中,轴向切深对刀具变形量影响最为显著,其次是每齿进给量,而径向切深和主轴转速对刀具变形量影响较弱.选取合理的加工参数有助于提高机床加工精度,刀具的变形量对高速切削数控机床的加工精度有着直接的影响,数值模拟仿真研究对提高机床加工的精度和实际生产加工有指导意义. The deformations of the tool system under different cutting speeds,radial depth of cut,axial depth of cut and feed per tooth of HSK high-speed milling tool system were simulated and analyzed using ANSYS Workbench.The analytical results show that among the four cutting parameters found in the simulation,the axial depth of the cutting has the most significant influence on the deformation of the tool,followed by the feed per tooth,while both the radial depth of the cutting and the spindle speed have a weak influence on the tool deformation.The deformation of the tool has a direct influence on the machining accuracy of the high-speed cutting CNC machine tool.Therefore,the numerical simulation research may play a significant guiding role in improving the precision of the machine tool processing and the actual production processing.
