基于多探测点超声法气固两相流浓度测量研究

摘要 气固两相流流体浓度参数测量在工业生产中有着重要且迫切的需求,提出基于多测点超声法测量气固两相流流体浓度的研究方案,搭建了多测点超声法气固两相流流体浓度测量试验平台.通过多对超声波探测装置以不同测量频率对同一工况下气固两相流流体浓度进行测量,对比分析了不同频率超声波测量信号在气固两相流不同浓度下的测量影响.结果表明:超声波测量频段不同对于不同浓度的两相流流体浓度的灵敏度不同,实际应用中应根据浓度范围合理选择相应频率的超声波探头,有效提高检测精度. The measurement of fluid concentration parameters in gas-solid two-phase flow has an important and urgent demand in industrial production.Based on the multi-point ultrasonic method for measuring the fluid concentration in gas-solid two-phase flow,a research scheme was proposed and a multi-point ultrasonic testing platform was established.By adopting different measuring frequencies and through multiple ultrasonic detection devices,the fluid concentration of gas-solid two-phase flow was measured under the same working condition.The effects of different frequency at different concentrations were compared and analyzed.The results show that different frequency has different sensitivity to the variable concentration of two-phase flow.In practical application,the appropriate frequency of ultrasonic probe should be selected to improve the detection accuracy according to the concentration.
