摘要
在船舶推进轴系中配置扭振减振器是降低振动水平、解决振动问题的有效方法。使用能量方法,将多自由 度的集总参数模型简化为单扭摆模型,加上减振器构成双扭摆模型。通过对该双扭摆模型的分析求解,讨论惯量比和 定调比对减少振动响应的作用,随后进一步简要说明减振器参数匹配的基本步骤。最后通过某多用途船,配置减振 器 ,并给出计算结果。
The torsional vibration damper is effective for reducing the vibration level of ship propulsion shafting systems.In this paper,the lumped parameter model with multi-DOF was simplified to a single torsional pendulum model by energy method.By adding another torsional damper,the double pendulum model was built and analyzed.The influence of inertia ratio and tuning ratio on the torsional vibration reduction was discussed.Then,the basic steps of parameter matching of the damper were briefly described.Finally,as an example,the parameter of torsional damper for a propulsion shaft of a multi-purpose ship was determined and the calculation result was given.
