摘要
采用共沉淀法分别制备Cr^3+、Ce^3+、Sr^2+掺杂的Bi3NbO7光催化剂,并进行XRD、BET表征,考察可见光下降解亚甲基蓝的性能.结果表明:离子半径较小的Cr、Ce能够替代部分Bi^3+进入Bi3NbO7晶格,而离子半径较大的Sr^2+未能完全进入晶格,形成杂相.掺杂金属后Bi3NbO7的比表面积和孔径有所降低,但是光催化性能得到提高,光照240 min后Cr^3+、Ce^3+、Sr^2+掺杂的Bi3NbO7上亚甲基蓝的降解率分别达96%、100%、89%.
The Cr,Ce,and Sr doped Bi3NbO7 catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),BET specific surface area measurement.The degradation of methylene blue under visible light on these catalysts were investigated.The results showed that Cr^3+and Ce^3+with smaller ionic radius could enter the crystal lattice crystal of Bi3NbO7 by replacement of Bi^3+,while Sr^2+with larger ionic radius could not enter the crystal lattice,resulting in the formation of impurities.After doping with metal ion,the specific surface area and pore size of Bi3NbO7 were reduced,but the photocatalytic performance was improved.After irradiation of 240 min under visible light,the degradation rates of methylene blue on Cr^3+,Ce^3+and Sr^2+doped Bi3NbO7 catalysts reached 96%,100%and 88%,respectively.
