2-硝基-4-甲磺酰基苯甲酸的合成工艺改进

摘要 以对甲磺酰基甲苯为原料,采用“一锅合成”,经混酸硝化得到2-硝基-4-甲磺酰基甲苯;再以五氧化二钒为催化剂,硝酸为氧化剂制得2-硝基-4-甲磺酰基苯甲酸,产品总收率达88.3%,质量分数为98.7%.同时,对反应中的废酸进行重复利用.该合成工艺反应条件温和,操作简单,收率高,成本低. 2-nitro-4-methylsulfonyl toluene was synthesized from p-methylsulfonyl toluene by one-pot synthesis and nitration with mixed acid. 2-nitro-4-methylsulfonyl benzoic acid was synthesized with vanadium pentoxide as catalyst and nitric acid as oxidant. The total yield of the product is 88. 3 %,and the purity is 98. 7 %. Meanw hile,the waste acid in the reaction is reused. The synthetic process has mild reaction conditions simple operation,high yield and low cost.
