乡村振兴视野下贫困山区村庄空心化特征及驱动机制研究——以河北省阜平县为例

Study on the Hollowing Characteristics and Driving Mechanism of Villages in Poor Mountainous Areas from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Taking Fuping County of Hebei Province as an example

党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略为解决贫困地区空心化,实现乡村社会的跨越式发展提供了重要契机。依托于河北省阜平县14个空心村的调查数据,在分析村庄空心化率时空分布特征的基础上,从区位条件、地形条件、资源条件、人口现状、经济发展和基础设施等角度选取14个因子,采用Matlab软件运用逐步回归分析法和通径分析法相结合的方式将驱动模式可视化,结果发现:村庄空心化率在空间上呈现随着县城和交通干道距离增大而递增,时间上随居住地和劳作方式的不同而波动起伏的趋势;空心化驱动因子中区位条件和经济条件是村庄人口空心化和建筑空心化的主要驱动力因素。

The rural revitalization strategy proposed by the Party's 19th National Congress report provides an important opportunity to solve the"hollowing"of poverty-stricken areas and realize the leapforward development of rural society.Based on the survey data of 14 hollow villages in Fuping County,Hebei Province,and on the basis of analyzing the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the hollow rate of villages in Fuping County,14 factors are selected from the aspects of location,topography,resources,population status,economic development and infrastructure.The driving mode is visible by using the method of combining stepwise regression analysis with path analysis using MATLAB software.The results show that the hollowing rate of villages increases spatially with the distance from county towns and main traffic roads,and fluctuates in time with the difference of residence and working methods.Location and economic conditions are the main driving factors of hollowing out of villages and hollowing out of buildings.
