摘要
空间句法为评价城市空间和优化城市设计提供了量化参考。运用空间句法理论的轴线图分析法,建立广州大学城拓扑结构分析模型,以此模型计算空间结构的整合度等参数,并结合热力地图、实地调研方法进行模型校验。研究得出:空间句法整合度分析结果受大学城道路网络尺度、形态、间距和相互连接程度的直接影响;内环路和中环路之间,道路数量多、网络密集,整合度较高,主要布局高校生活区,形成人流集聚的环状活力地带;而大学城发展走廊和4个城中村,与周边道路网络的联系需要加强。基于此,通过优化道路交通组织、完善城市功能布局、构建公共服务设施体系等策略,可进一步提升大学城的空间活力和使用满意度。
Spatial syntax provides quantitative reference for evaluating urban space and optimizing urban design.This paper establishes a topological structure model of Guangzhou University Town by using the axis graph analysis method of spatial syntax theory,calculates the Integration Value of spatial structure and other parameters,and verifies the model with thermal map and field research methods.It is concluded that the results of spatial syntactic integration analysis are directly affected by the scale,shape,spacing and interconnection of the road network in Guangzhou University Town;between the inner and middle ring roads,there are quantities of roads and dense networks with high Integration Value,which mainly distribute the living areas of universities and form a circular dynamic zone of human gathering;the development corridor and four villages,need to strengthen the connection with surrounding road network.By optimizing the road traffic organization,improving the functional layout,and constructing the public service facilities system,the spatial vitality and satisfaction of Guangzhou University Town can be further enhanced.
