寒旱高原地区城市绿地系统构建初探——以格尔木城市绿地系统规划为例 被引量:1

摘要 我国西北内陆多属寒旱高原地区,且多地处生态环境脆弱地区,此类地区占我国国土面积的三成以上。在我国西部开发快速进程中的今天,城市绿地建设在高寒贫瘠的土地上面临更多问题,例如城市生态绿地被不断扩张的其他城市建设用地侵占,使得原本脆弱的生态本底更加破碎化;城市绿地建设规模受城市水资源承载力的严格限制;绿地建设水平无法满足城市居民日益增长的绿化需求等等。本文以寒旱高原地区的城市绿地特征和问题为研究基础,以青海省格尔木市为例,对城市绿地构建的现状情况与存在问题进行分析与归纳,探讨如何在生态敏感脆弱的寒旱高原地区,构建生态安全的城市绿地系统,提出格尔木城市绿地系统规划的总体布局以及未来城市绿地建设的模式。 Most of the inland areas of northwest China are on the cold and arid plateau,and they are located in fragile ecological environment.Such areas account for more than 30%of land area of our country.Today,with the rapid development of western China,urban green space construction on such cold and arid land faces a lot of problems.For example,urban green spaces are occupied by other expanding constructions,which makes the fragile ecological environment more fragmented;the scale of urban green space construction is strictly limited by the urban water resource carrying capacity;the level of green space construction cannot meet the growing needs of urban residents.Therefore,this paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of urban green spaces in the cold and arid plateau areas,and takes the Golmud City of Qinghai Province as an example to analyze and summarize the current situation and existing problems of urban green space construction,and explores the ways to construct ecological safe urban green spaces in the cold and arid plateau areas with fragile ecological environment.In the end,an overall layout of the Golmud City urban green space system and a model for future urban green space construction are proposed.
