摘要
本文简要地总结了预燃室技术的发展,分析了预燃室技术在汽油机上应用的优势和问题,对汽油机预燃室技术的发展前景进行了展望。结果表明,汽油机预燃室技术在快速燃烧、稀燃能力、燃烧稳定性和热效率等方面有着明显的优势;但与此同时,其在换气、传热和可靠性等方面仍然需要优化和完善。随着汽油机对提升热效率的追求,预燃室技术在高效汽油机研发上将发挥更大的作用和潜力。
This paper briefly summarizes the development of the pre-chamber technology,analyses the advantages and problems of its application on gasoline engines,and forecasts its prospects.The results show that,the pre-chamber technology has remarkable advantages in fast burn,lean combustion ability,combustion stability and thermal efficiency.However,it still needs optimization and improvement in air changing,heat transfer and reliability etc.With the pursuit of improving thermal efficiency of gasoline engine,the pre-chamber technology will play an important role and show more potential in research and development of gasoline engines.
