摘要
高效自动变速器技术是实现整车节能环保的重要措施。主流科研机构和汽车厂商技术的研究表明,自动变速器效率的主要影响因素包括滑磨、搅油、液压动力源、冷却润滑等。针对上述主要影响因素,行业内主流的效率提升的关键技术有干油箱技术、高效液压技术、高效的离合器技术、齿轮修形技术、多挡化技术和低粘度油技术等,仿真和试验证明上述措施均对变速器效率的提升有较大贡献。
he adoption of efficient automatic is a vital method of realizing vehicle energy-saving and environmentprotecting.The research of mainstream research institutes and manufacturers indicates the main influencing factors of automatic transmission efficiency are sliding friction,churning,hydraulic power source,cooling and lubrication,etc.In view of the above-mentioned main influencing factors,the key technologies for efficiency improvement include dry oil tank technology,high-efficiency hydraulic technology,high-efficiency clutch technology,gear modification technology,multigear technology,and low viscosity oil technology,etc.,in the mainstream point of view.Simulations and tests prove that they have made great contributions to the efficiency improvement of the transmission.
