摘要
目的:对高效液相色谱测定固体饮料中左旋肉碱的方法及效果展开分析。方法:应用C 18色谱柱,采用甲醇/0.1%磷酸的5mmol/L(10:90体积比)做为流动相,以1.0ml/min的流速洗脱,并将检测波长设为210nm,柱温30℃。结果:在0.4785mg/ml^2.3924mg/ml范围内,左旋肉碱的线性良好,检出限是20mg/kg,回收率在96.6%~101.3%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.20%至1.78%。结论:高效液相色谱测定方法具有操作简便、结果准确以及重现性良好等优势,可作为固体饮料中左旋肉碱的检测方法。
Objective:To analyze the method and effect of determination of L-carnitine in solid beverage by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:A C 18 column was used,methanol/0.1%phosphoric acid 5 mmol/L(10:90 volume ratio)was used as mobile phase,and eluted at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30C.Results:Within the range of 0.4785mg/ml^2.3924mg/ml,L-carnitine had good linearity,the detection limit was 20 mg/kg,the recovery was 96.6%~101.3%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.20%to 1.78%.Conclusion:The method of high performance liquid chromatography is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used as a method for the determination of L-carnitine in solid drinks.
