美沙拉嗪联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Mesalazine Combined with Brucella Yeast in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察美沙拉嗪联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法:将60例UC住院患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予美沙拉嗪及布拉氏酵母菌治疗,对照组单独给予美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗2周后比较两组临床症状缓解以及治疗前后IL-6、ESR及CRP水平变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.44%(34/36),对照组为91.67%(22/24),两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组血清IL-6、ESR及CRP水平均较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉嗪联合布拉氏酵母菌在临床症状缓解、减轻炎症反应等较单用美沙拉嗪治疗有明显优势,可作为炎症性肠病治疗的辅助用药。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Mesalazineon combined with Saccharomyces boulardii on ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Sixty patients with UC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with mesalazine and Saccharomyces boulardii,while the control group was treated with mesalazine alone.After 2 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom relief and changes of IL-6,ESR and CRP levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%(34/36),while that of the control group was 91.67%(22/24).there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum IL-6,ESR and CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine combined with Saccharomyces boulardii has obvious advantages over mesalazine alone in relieving clinical symptoms and inflammatory reaction.It can be used as an adjuvant drug in the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
