老年高血压病患者血压变化特征分析

Analysis of the Changes of Blood Pressure in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:探讨老年高血压病患者血压变化特征。方法:将我院160例老年高血压患者根据年龄分为两组,老年高血压组88例(60~79岁),高龄老年高血压组72例(80~99岁),比较两组的血压变化特征。结果:高龄组的24hAPP、24hSBP、dSBP跟老年组相比,较后者更高;dDBP、24hDBP跟老年组相比,较后者更低(P<0.05)。高龄组血压昼夜节律异常率为91.67%,老年组为78.41%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者随着年龄的增长,24h动态脉压升高,24h舒张压下降,且昼夜节律异常率增高。

Objective:To explore the changes of blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension.Method:The 160 elderly hypertension patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to their ages.88 elderly hypertension patients(aged from 60 to 79)and 72 elderly hypertension patients(aged from 80 to 99)were compared.Result:Compared with the older group,24hAPP,24hSBP and dSBP were higher.DDBP and 24hDBP were lower than the older group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of circadian blood pressure was 91.7%in the elderly group and 78.4%in the elderly group,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of age,the 24h dynamic pulse pressure increased,the 24h diastolic pressure decreased,and the circadian rhythm anomaly rate increased.
