两种肠道准备方式对腰椎手术患者术后的影响

Effect of Two Intestinal Preparation Methods on Postoperative Operation of Lumbar Spine Patients

目的:探讨两种肠道准备方式对腰椎手术患者术后的影响。方法:选择2016年1月—2016年12月在天津医院治疗的腰椎手术患者80例作为对象,随机数字法分为对照组(n=40例)和观察组(n=40例)。对照组大量不保留灌肠,观察组采用甘油栓灌肠剂灌肠,比较两组胃肠道恢复时间、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复、术后首次排气、术后首次排便时间,均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后腹痛、腹胀、便秘、面色苍白、出冷汗、剧烈腹痛、心慌气急发生率,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘油栓灌肠剂灌肠用于腰椎手术患者中均能取得良好效果,能缩短胃肠恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of two intestinal preparation methods on postoperative lumbar spine surgery.Methods:80 cases of lumbar spine surgery patients treated in Tianjin hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as objects.The randomized number method was divided into control group(n=40 cases)and observation group(n=40 cases).In the control group,a large number of enemas were not retained;in the observation group,glycerol suppository enema was used to enema,and the recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:the postoperative bowel sound recovery,postoperative first exhaust,postoperative first defecation time were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative abdominal pain,abdominal distension,constipation,pale complexion,cold sweat,severe abdominal pain and palpitations were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:glycerol suppository enema can achieve good results in lumbar spine surgery patients,shorten gastrointestinal recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,it is worth promoting the application.
