摘要 材料的复合化是目前材料研究的趋势,为进一步研究纳米CaCO 3(NC)对混凝土强度的影响,将不同掺量(0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%和3%)的NC掺入混凝土中配制NC混凝土,进行了和易性、抗压和劈拉加载试验,分析了混凝土的流动性、抗压强度和劈拉强度随NC掺量的变化规律,并采用扫描电镜观测了掺加NC前后混凝土的微观结构。结果表明:随着NC掺量的增加,混凝土的流动性不断降低,抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度先升高后降低。在混凝土中添加适量的NC可以改善混凝土的微观结构,提高混凝土的强度,混凝土中NC的适宜掺量为0.5%。 Composite materials are the trend of material research at present.This paper studies the effect of nano-CaCO 3(NC)on concrete strength.Different contents of NC(0,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%and 3%)are mixed into concrete to prepare NC concrete,and then the workability,compressive strength and splitting tensile tests are carried out to analyze the change rule of fluidity,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength,and the microstructure of concrete before and after adding NC is observed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that with the increase of NC content,the fluidity of concrete decreases,and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength first increase and then decrease.Adding proper amount of NC in concrete can improve the microstructure and strength.The appropriate amount is 0.5%.
