Bidding Problems and Countermeasures for Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Design

在分析市政基础设施工程设计特点的基础上,对招投标审批程序、招标范围界定及相关补偿问题原因分析并给出处理对策,具体可从调整招投标程序、细化招标范围、电子化招标等方面进行实施,从而优化市政基础设施工程设计的招投标流程。

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of municipal infrastructure engineering design,this paper analyses the bidding approval procedures,the definition of bidding scope and the related compensation problems,and puts forward the countermeasures,which can be implemented from the aspects of adjusting bidding procedures,refining bidding scope and electronic bidding,so as to optimize the process.
