Research on Funds Allocation Method for Preventive Maintenance of Asphalt Pavement of Ordinary Highways

介绍了预防性养护资金分配的思路和分配方法,先遴选最佳预防性养护时机为下一年的路段,并确定对应的预防性养护措施,再对适养路段的重要性进行排序,从前往后测算并依次累加排序靠前路段的预防性养护费用。按照累加费用略小于下一年预防性养护计划资金的原则,确定下一年预防性养护的路段、措施及费用。

This paper introduces the idea and method on allocation of preventive maintenance funds.The method is to select firstly the sections,whose best preventive maintenance time is the next year,and determine the corresponding preventive maintenance measures,and then rank the importance of suitable maintenance sections,calculate and sequentially accumulate the preventive maintenance costs of the front sections.According to the principle that the cumulative cost is slightly less than the fund of the preventive maintenance plan in the next year,the sections,measures and costs of the preventive maintenance in the next year are determined.
