Clinical Efficacy of LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Disease

目的观察利普刀环切术(loop electrosurgical excision procedure,LEEP)治疗宫颈疾病的效果及安全性。方法选取116例宫颈疾病患者作为研究对象,随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各58例。观察组实施LEEP治疗,对照组实施普通电刀宫颈锥切术治疗。观察2组临床疗效、临床指标及并发症等。结果对照组总有效率75.86%,低于观察组的96.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术中出血量(15.98±6.37)mL、手术时间(12.72±3.24)min、愈合时间(33.97±5.74)d,均多于或长于观察组的(10.21±3.52)mL、(6.95±1.16)min、(21.02±3.49)d,阴道排液量(16.98±6.47)mL,少于观察组的(26.34±7.23)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率1.72%,低于对照组的13.79%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LEEP治疗宫颈疾病较为有效且为安全术式,临床应用创伤小、术后恢复快,利于提升疾病治愈率,降低术后并发症。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in the treatment of cervical disease.Methods 116 patients with cervical disease were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,with 58 cases in each group.Observation group was given LEEP,while control group was treated with general electrosurgical cervical conization.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes and complications in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.55%)was higher than control group(75.86%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,healing time in observation group[(10.21±3.52)mL,(6.95±1.16)min,(21.02±3.49)d]were less than control group[(15.98±6.37)mL,(12.72±3.24)min,(33.97±5.74)d],while the vaginal drainage volume in observation group[(26.34±7.23)mL]was more than control group[(16.98±6.47)mL].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(1.72%)was lower than control group(13.79%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LEEP in the treatment of cervical disease is an effective and safe procedure.It has small trauma and quick postoperative recovery,and can increase the cure rate of disease,decrease postoperative complications.
