摘要
为解决永磁同步电机因零位偏差过大而影响电机的控制效果和运行效率,本文主要从电机零位偏差对电动汽车能耗的影响进行深入研究,并研发电机零位标定功能,从而实现电机高精度的扭矩控制、降低能耗、提升续驶里程。
In order to solve the problem that permanent magnet synchronous motor has too large zero deviation which affects the control effect and operation efficiency of the motor,this paper mainly studies the influence of motor zero deviation on the energy consumption of electric vehicles,and develops the zero-position calibration function of the motor,so as to achieve high-precision torque control of the motor,reduce the energy consumption,and improve the endurance.
