预见性护理指引在骨科护理中的应用价值

Application value of predictive nursing guidelines in orthopaedic nursing

目的:在骨科护理中应用预见性护理指引的临床价值。方法:收治应用基础护理的骨科患者50例作为甲组,另选取同期接受治疗并行预见性护理指引的50例同疾病患者作为乙组,观察对比两组的临床护理效果。结果:甲组的满意程度评分低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组并发症的发生率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科患者的临床护理中积极应用预见性护理指引,不仅可以减少并发症,而且还能提升患者对护理服务的满意度,该护理模式的临床应用价值颇高。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of predictive nursing in orthopedic nursing.Methods:50 patients with orthopedic diseases who received and applied basic nursing were selected as the group A,and 50 patients received concurrent predictive nursing guidance during the same period were selected as the group B,we observed and compared the clinical care effect of two groups.Results:The satisfaction score of group A was lower than that of group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the group A was higher than that in the group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:The positive application of predictive nursing guidelines in the clinical care of patients with orthopedic diseases can not only reduce complications,but also improve patients'satisfaction with nursing services.The clinical application of this nursing model is of high value and is recommended widely.
