摘要
本文首先从红外诊断技术的基本原理以及红外诊断技术对外界环境的要求两个方面分析了红外诊断技术的运用要点,然后从雷击故障、风力故障以及生物故障三个方面分析了输电线路常见的故障类型,接着从警戒升温法、绝对温差法、热图谱分析法以及同类比较法四个方面分析了500V输电线路设备运行检修中的红外测温技术的应用,紧接着以工程实例对500kV输电线路检修中红外诊断技术的运用进行了分析。
In this paper,the application of infrared diagnosis technology is analyzed from two aspects:the basic principle of infrared diagnosis technology and the requirement of infrared diagnosis technology for external environment.Then,the common fault types of transmission lines are analyzed from three aspects:lightning stroke fault,wind fault and biological fault.Then,the warning heating method is used.The application of infrared temperature measurement technology in operation and maintenance of 500V transmission line equipment is analyzed from four aspects:absolute temperature difference method,thermal atlas analysis method and comparative method of the same kind.Then the application of infrared diagnosis technology in 500 kV transmission line maintenance is analyzed with engineering examples.
