一种10kV绝缘棒可拆卸式防雨罩的实践研究

Practical Research on a Removable Rainfall Cover with 10kV Insulation Bar

10kV绝缘棒防雨罩在10千伏及以上输配电线路班组日常工作中应用非常广泛,但在传统的防雨罩设计中,均为长期固定式的防雨罩,使用过程中不可拆卸,容易被挤压和被异物钩破,失去防雨的功能。该文通过分析研究,研制出一种可拆卸式防雨罩,该设计由但部分组成,三部分设计结构不同,采用同一种材质进行制作,设计成为一种可拆卸式防雨罩,晴天可拆卸保存,雨天即时安装应用,解决了现有的绝缘棒防雨罩存在的拆装不便的问题。

10kV insulating rod rainproof cover is widely used in the daily work of transmission and distribution lines above 10KV,but in the traditional design of rainproof cover,it is a long-term fixed rainproof cover,which can not be disassembled in the use process,and is easy to be squeezed and broken by foreign bodies,thus losing the function of rainproof.Through analysis and research,this paper develops a kind of removable rainproof cover,which is composed of three parts and has different design structure.It is made of the same material.It is designed to be a kind of removable rainproof cover.It can be disassembled and preserved in sunny days and installed immediately in rainy days.The existing insulation rod rainproof cover is solved.The inconvenience of disassembly and assembly.
