47个橡胶树优树无性系初级系比苗期生长变异分析

摘要 以47个橡胶树无性系为材料建立初级系比试验区,对其1.5年生苗木的生长性状进行测定分析。结果表明,参试的47个橡胶树无性系间茎围和株高差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。茎围平均值8.09 cm,变幅6.50~10.35 cm,变异系数总体为17.01%,变幅4.03%~29.80%;株高平均值3.08 m,变幅2.55~3.74 m,变异系数总体为20.22%,变幅5.31%~33.67%;株高的变异比茎围大。聚类分析结果,在聚类阈值10的地方可以将参试的无性系划分成4组,且组间茎围和株高差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),其中参试无性系第579号单独聚成一类,其茎围和株高表现均为最优。 In this study,47 Hevea brasiliensis clones were used to establish the primary comparative test area,and the growth traits of 1.5 year-old seedlings were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the difference of stem diameter and plant height among the 47 Hevea brasiliensis clones all reached the extremely significant level(P<0.01).Among them,the mean of stem diameter was 8.09 cm,the amplitude of variation was from 6.50 cm to 10.35 cm,the coefficient of population variation was 17.01%,and the amplitude of variation was from 4.03%to 29.80%.The average of plant height was 3.08 m,the amplitude of variation was 2.55~3.74 m,the overall coefficient of variation was 20.22%,and the amplitude of variation was 5.31%~33.67%.The variation in plant height was larger than the stem diameter.The results of clustering analysis indicated that,the tested clones could be divided into 4 groups at the clustering threshold of 10.And the differences in stem diameter and plant height between the groups were extremely significant(P<0.01).Among them,the tested clone No.579 was clustered into a single group,and its stem diameter and plant height showed the best.
