核安全压力容器非径向接管的应力特性研究

摘要 接管相贯区域的应力分析设计是压力容器强度研究领域的重要方面。根据工程实践中的技术需求,本文采用有限元方法对圆柱形壳体与非径向齐平式接管的相贯区域受力特性进行了研究。研究发现,首先,与接管载荷相比,内压是结构受力的主导因素;其次,应力集中点应力值随接管倾斜角先轻微增大然后减小;再次,等效线性化处理后得到的局部薄膜计算值随接管倾斜角单调减小。总体而言,接管倾斜角对相贯区域受力无不利影响。 The stress analysis and design of pipe intersecting region is an important aspect of strength research of pressure vessel.Combined with technical requirement of engineering practice,this article investigates stress characteristics of the intersecting region between cylindrical shell and non-radial flush pipe.Analytic results reveal that,first,compared with nozzle load,internal pressure is the leading factor which effects structure stress;then,with the increase of nozzle angle of inclination,stress value at stress concentration point first in creases slightly and secondly decreases;moreover,the calculated value of the local thin film after equivalent linearization decreases monotonically with the inclination angle of the nozzle.In general,nozzle angle of incli nation has no adverse effect on bearing capacity of the knuckle region.
