光照不均环境下的手机外壳缺陷检测研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对实际手机外壳图像采集过程中遇到周围环境光照不均导致采集图像不清晰的问题,提出一种适用于光照不均环境下的手机外壳缺陷检测方法。首先用图像二值化、灰度化、图像修正旋转等算法对采集到的图像进行图像预处理,提取手机外壳主轮廓,然后利用双阈值的改进Bensern二值化算法对图像进行去光照影响处理,再采用自适应边缘检测Canny方法进行缺陷轮廓提取。最后提取缺陷感兴趣区域,并用轮廓绘制算法标记缺陷轮廓的大小。实验表明,该方法缺陷提取准确率高,实用性强,具有良好的检测效果。 Aiming at the problem that the collected image is not clear due to the uneven illumination of the surrounding environment during the image acquisition process of the actual mobile phone casing,a method for detecting the defect of the mobile phone casing under the uneven illumination environment is proposed.First,the image is preprocessed by image binarization,grayscale,image correction rotation,etc.,and the main contour of the phone shell is extracted.The image is de-illuminated by the improved Bernsern binarization algorithm with dual thresholds.Then,the adaptive edge detection Canny method is used to extract the defect contour.Finally,the defect area of interest is extracted and the size of the defect contour is marked by a contour drawing algorithm.Experiments show that the method has high accuracy and practicability and has good detection results.
