摘要
以旧的小区车位数量紧张而引发的各种安全问题为背景,研究一种简易式立体车库,解决旧小区车位紧张的问题。通过文献分析,确定选用液压驱动的技术路线,优点是结构简单、体积小,便于安装与维护。首先,通过Pro/E软件对立体车库的整体结构进行设计,用CAD搭建液压系统的原理图;其次,对立体车库的工况进行分析,对液压系统进行优化设计;最后,对液压系统关键元器件,通过Fluid SIM软件进行建模、分析,验证设计方案。FluidSIM软件能够很方便地对液压系统进行模型的搭建、优化分析。
Taking various safety problems caused by the shortage of parking spaces in the old residential area as the background,a simple three-dimensional garage is studied to solve the problem of parking shortage in the old residential area.To the simple stereo garage literature analysis,the hydraulic drive technical route is choosed,the advantage is simple structure,small volume,easy to install and maintain.Firstly,the overall structure of the stereo garage was designed by Pro/E software,and the schematic diagram of hydraulic system was built by CAD.Secondly,the working condition of the stereo garage is analyzed,and the hydraulic system is optimized.Finally,the key components of the hydraulic system are modeled and analyzed by FluidSIM software to verify the design scheme.FluidSIM software is very convenient for the establishment of hydraulic system model,optimization analysis.
