摘要
比对了国内外标准关于智能锁具耐久性能的要求和试验方法之间的异同点,分析了产品的耐久性能现状,提出了标准提升的方向;设计和生产出一套智能锁具综合寿命试验设备,结合产品的检验案例情况,对未来智能锁具耐久性能的标准制定和检测设备研制提出了若干建议:一是应根据产品结构和类型、使用条件等差异制定相应的标准要求;二是电子锁具耐久性循环试验次数应与当前产品质量水平保持一致性;三是应大力支持我国电子锁具产品的耐久性能检测方法的研究和推广,支持先进检测设备的研制和推广;四是国家标准的更新应更快更及时。
By comparing the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign standards on the durability of electronic locks,the current status of product durability is analyzed,and the direction of standard improvement is proposed.A set of electronic lock durability test equipment is designed and produced,combined with the test case of the product,some suggestions for the development of standardization and testing equipment for the durability of electronic locks in the future are put forward.First,the standard for the durability of electronic locks should be according to different product structure and type,different use conditions to develop different performance indicators.Second,the number of electronic lock durability cycle test should be consistent with the current product quality level.Third,should strongly support the durability of China's electronic lock products research and promotion of performance testing methods,support the development and promotion of advanced testing equipment.Fourth,update of national standards should be faster and more timely.
