摘要
采煤机是依靠驱动电机通过传动系统控制截割机构进行煤炭切割、落煤作业的机械设备,其工作的可靠性和稳定性直接关系到煤炭生产企业的经济效益。采煤机的截割传动系统作为执行电机输出力矩的传动机构,在工作中极易受到截割滚筒上传递的不稳定冲击载荷的作用,导致采煤机的截割传动机构受冲击损坏,严重影响井下综采面的综采作业。为了避免采煤机在井下作业时因煤层硬度不均、煤炭中夹杂的硬物作用下导致作用在截割机构上的冲击载荷突变所导致的传动机构损坏事故,提出了基于DTC控制的采煤机截割传动控制系统,对该控制系统下采煤机工作时的动态特性进行了仿真分析,结果表明该控制系统能够显著降低作用在传动系统上的冲击载荷,极大提升了采煤机的使用寿命。
The shearer is a mechanical equipment which relies on the driving motor to control the cutting mechanism through the transmission system for coal cutting and dropping.The reliability and stability of the shearer's work are directly related to the economic benefits of coal production enterprises.The cutting transmission system of the shearer,as the driving mechanism to execute the output torque of the motor,is vulnerable to the unstable impact load transmitted by the cutting drum in the work,which results in the impact damage of the cutting transmission mechanism of the shearer and seriously affects the fully mechanized mining operation of the underground fully mechanized mining face.In order to avoid the damage accident of driving mechanism caused by uneven hardness of coal seam and sudden change of impact load acting on cutting mechanism caused by inclusion of hard material in coal,a cutting drive control system of shearer based on DTC control is put forward.The dynamic characteristics are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the control system can significantly reduce the impact load acting on the transmission system and greatly improve the service life of the shearer.
