无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器的设计 被引量:1

摘要 无刷直流电机具有结构简单、重量轻、体积小、安全可靠性和运行效率高等特点,被广泛应用于各种工业设备中。针对航空用无刷直流电机起动困难的问题,以LPC2148控制器为核心,设计了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制器。采用反电动势过零检测法、三段式起动、双闭环控制、软件补偿相位延迟等控制策略,设计了控制器的硬件电路和软件程序,很好解决了无位置传感器无刷直流电机的起动问题。最后搭建仿真模型和实验平台,验证了所设计控制器的实用性和可靠性。 Brushless DC motor(BLDCM)is widely used in various industrial equipments because of its simple structure,light weight,small size,high reliability and safety,and high efficiency.In this paper,in order to solve the difficult problem of starting the brushless DC motor for aviation,a sensorless brushless DC motor controller based on LPC2148 chip was designed considering the characteristics of high reliability of airborne brushless DC motor.The hardware circuit and software program of the controller was designed by using back EMF zero-crossing detection method,three-stage starting,double closed-loop control,software compensation for phase delay,etc.Good solution was given to the problem of starting the brushless DC motor without position sensor.Finally,the simulation model was built.The practicability and reliability of the designed controller are verified with the experimental platform.
