摘要
为解决社保卡制卡公司通过人工检测卡片信息效率低的问题,采用了HALCON软件图像处理的方法:首先本地读取社保卡图像,然后利用HALCON平台提供算子对图像进行预处理、图像分割和光学字符识别等步骤,从而识别出社保卡卡面的汉字信息。研究表明,基于HALCON的方法能快速准确地识别出社保卡上的汉字,有效地减少了工作人员的工作量,提高了生产效率,实现了预期目标。
In order to solve the problem of Inefficiency in the use of manual detection of the information on the card in the social insurance card-making factory.A method of image processing based on HALCON was present.Firstly,the image will be inputted to the software platform,then the image will be processing by the means of Image enhancement,Threshold segmentation and so on.Thus,the information on the social insurance card can be recognized.This experience shows that Chinese characters on the social Insurance card can be recognized Quickly and accurately based on HALCON.It can Effectively reduce the workload of the workers,Increased productivity and Achieved the expected goal.
