摘要
为减少有线充电受电源线的限制,使充电更为方便,采用了电磁感应获取电能的无线充电的方式,设计并制作了采用电磁导航的的无线充电小车。设计的智能无线充电小车以KEA128微控制器为核心控制单元,通过电感线圈无线充取电能并存储在超级电容中;再转换成对应的电压给小车供电,利用电感传感器采集赛道信息并对道路中线进行识别并使用编码器累计无刷电机的脉冲。利用采集到路况信息,再使用PI算法控制无刷电机。经过实际硬件电路的制作与调试、软件调试,最终该无线小车能够沿着道路快速稳定的行驶。
In order to reduce the limitation of wired charging by power lines and make charging more convenient,the wireless charging method of electromagnetic induction is adopt to obtain electric energy,and a wireless charging car using electromagnetic navigation is designed and manufactured.The intelligent wireless charging car designed takes KEA128 microcontroller as the core control unit,charges Electricity wirelessly through inductance coil and stores it in supercapacitor,converts it into corresponding voltage to supply power to the car,collects track information by inductance sensor,identifies the middle line of the road,and accumulates brushless electricity by encoder.Pulse of the machine.The road condition information is collected,and then the PI algorithm is used to control the brushless motor.After the production and debugging of the actual hardware circuit and the debugging of the software,the wireless car can finally travel along the road quickly and steadily.
