摘要
带式输送机是煤矿开采中主要的输送设备,为了提高输送的效率及灵活性,常采用移动带式输送机。在生产过程中,不同的输送长度,需要定制各自的带式输送机,从而造成设备的利用率较低,由此设计三段式的桁架式伸缩臂,并对其进行静力学仿真分析,结果显示,所设计的结构可以满足系统使用的刚度需求,实现不同输送长度的调整。
Belt conveyor is the main conveying equipment in coal mining.In order to improve the efficiency and flexibility of conveying,mobile belt conveyor is often used.In the production process,different conveyor lengths need to customize their own belt conveyors,which results in lower utilization of equipment.Therefore,a three-section truss telescopic boom is designed and its static simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the designed structure can meet the stiffness requirements of the system and realize the adjustment of different conveying lengths.
