摘要 介绍了煤矿井下高压开关柜交流控制和保护电源方案,分析了交流控制和保护电源的缺点、直流电源替代交流电源的必要性和优点。通过在阳煤集团二矿15#煤十采区改造实践得出:三配高压配电柜的控制和保护电源采用隔爆型锂离子蓄电池电源后,系统避免了因电网压降、越级跳闸等引发的停电事故,保证了矿井的安全生产。 The AC control and protection power supply scheme of coal mine high-voltage switchgear was introduced.The disadvantages of AC control and protection power supply were analyzed.The necessity and advantages of DC power supply instead of AC power supply were analyzed.Through the reformation of the 15#coal ten mining area of the Second Coal Mine of Yangmei Group,it is concluded that after the control and protection power supply of the three-pronged high-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the explosion-proof lithium-ion battery power supply,the system avoids the voltage drop due to the power grid,the over-the-counter trip,etc.The power outage caused by the accident ensures the safe production of the mine.
