摘要 煤矿变电站稳定运行对煤矿生产效益的提升具有重要的意义。为充分利用数字信息化技术实现煤矿变电站的智能化监测,从而提高煤矿移动变电站的安全稳定运行,设计了一种基于西门子PLC中央可编程处理器的变电所监控系统,由于系统庞大,重点介绍过载信号采集电路、同步方波电路等核心硬件与主程序。设计的监测系统可以对变电站进行故障预警与实时监测,从而极大提高了移动变电站的安全稳定运行。 The stable operation of coal mine substations is of great significance to the improvement of coal mine production efficiency.In order to make full use of digital information technology to realize intelligent monitoring of coal mine substation,so as to improve the safe and stable operation of coal mine mobile substation,a substation monitoring system based on Siemens PLC central programmable processor was designed.Due to the huge system,the core hardware and main program such as overload signal acquisition circuit and synchronous square wave circuit were mainly introduced.The designed monitoring system can perform fault warning and real-time monitoring of the substation,which greatly improves the safe and stable operation of the mobile substation.
