摘要 针对目前国内薄煤层空间小,事故率高的开采困难,设计了一种基于DSP的薄煤层液压支架电液控制系统。综合分析薄煤层工况特点,对系统的整体方案及控制方式进行了选型设计,利用电路知识和系统的工作原理设计了硬件部分,包括设计了复位电路、JTAG扫描电路与CAN总线通信电路,在软件部分设计分析了系统主程序的流程图。该系统的应用可实现对薄煤层液压支架的自动化控制,有效地解决了薄煤层开采难度大的问题,有助于实现薄煤层工作面的无人化开采。 Aiming at the difficulty of mining thin seam with small space and high accident rate,an electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support for thin seam based on DSP was designed.The working condition characteristics of thin coal seam were analyzed.The overall scheme and control mode of the system were selected and designed.The hardware part was designed by using circuit knowledge and working principle of the system,including reset circuit,JTAG scanning circuit and CAN bus communication circuit.The flow chart of the main program of the system was designed and analyzed in the software part.The application of this system can realize the automatic control of hydraulic support in thin coal seam,effectively solve the difficult problem of mining thin coal seam,and help to realize the unmanned mining of thin coal seam working face.
