煤矿用车载式甲烷断电仪的设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前煤矿用车载式甲烷断电仪存在抗震效果差、功耗高、反应速度慢的问题,设计了一种新型智能抗震的车载式甲烷断电仪。介绍了断电仪的总体设计、主芯片电路、供电电路、显示电路、红外接收电路、控制电路、报警电路、信号处理电路、软件流程以及系统的抗震设计。通过了国家检验中心的检测试验,并在煤矿推广应用。结果表明,车载式甲烷断电仪抗震性良好,性能稳定,反应速度快,能快速准确地切断瓦斯超限下设备的供电,在煤矿安全生产中起到了重要的作用。 Aiming at the problems of poor anti-seismic effect,high power consumption and slow reaction speed of on-board methane power cutoff instrument for coal mine,a new type of intelligent anti-seismic on-board methane power cutoff instrument was designed.The overall design,main chip circuit,power supply circuit,display circuit,infrared receiving circuit,control circuit,alarm circuit,signal processing circuit,software flow and seismic design of the system were introduced.It has passed the testing test of the National Inspection Center and has been popularized and applied in coal mines.The results show that the vehicle-mounted methane power cutter has good seismic performance,stable performance,fast response speed,and can cut off the power supply of equipment under the gas limit quickly and accurately,which plays an important role in coal mine safety production.
