多台主要通风机联合运转调节及其解析法的应用

Adjustment of Combined Operation of Several Main Fans and Application of Analytical Method

为调节好风机风量,降低主通风机能耗,提出了均衡状态调节和非均衡状态调节两种方法;运用通风学中的三大基本定律,以及风机实际风压曲线的合理工作范围,拟合出其近似方程式,提出了一种新的解析方法。并将此法运用于实例进行分析研究,表明了此解析法实用的可行性。

In order to regulate the air volume of the fan and reduce the energy consumption of the main ventilator,two methods of balanced state regulation and non-balanced state regulation were put forward.Using the three basic laws of ventilation and the reasonable working range of the actual air pressure curve of the fan,an approximate equation was fitted,and a new analytical method was proposed.The method was applied to an example for analysis and research,which showed the practicability of the analytical method.
