摘要
某干式铁心并联电抗器运行时发生故障,附加绕组出现匝间短路问题,导致故障停机。通过对附加绕组安装运行环境和温升过程进行分析,找出了故障原因,并改进了结构设计。计算验证表明:改进后的结构避免了附加绕组温升异常,提高了产品可靠性。
Some dry-type iron core shuntreactor got fault at run time,interturn short circuit of the auxiliary winding happened,which led to failure of running.Through analysis of running condition and temperature rise process,the reasons of failure were found,and the structure design was improved.Calculation indicated the improved structure solved the problem of temperature rise of auxiliary winding,then the reliability of dry-type iron core shuntreactor was enhanced effectively.
