摘要
主轴承作为盾构机的关键部件,对盾构机的使用起到至关重要的作用。为解决主轴承缺陷修复问题,基于某盾构机主轴承再制造案例,分析了主轴承压坑、锈蚀等缺陷产生原因,介绍了主轴承再制造基本原理及再制造工艺过程。通过再制造前后主轴承测量数据对比及实际应用,证明了该再制造方案的可行性。
As a key component of the shield machine,the main bearing plays an important role in the use of the shield machine.In order to solve the main bearing defect repair problem,based on a shield machine main bearing remanufacturing case,analyzes the main shaft pressure pit,corrosion and other defects were analyzed,the main bearing remanufacturing principle and more detailed remanufacturing process were introduced.Through the comparison of main bearing measurement data before and after remanufacturing and the practical application,the feasibility of this remanufacturing scheme is proved.
