摘要
液压支架是井下综采工作面的主要支护设备,为煤炭安全生产保驾护航。当前较为常用的液压支架分为两柱掩护式液压支架和四柱支撑掩护式液压支架。但其使用范围及适应性没有明确的对比分析,为确保安全,通常选用四柱支撑掩护式液压支架。但该支架结构复杂、造价高,为了降低支护成本,满足安全生产要求,对两者支架进行结构、工作状态下受力特性分析。结果表明采用两柱掩护式液压支架完全满足井下大采高综采面的支护要求。
Hydraulic support is the main support equipment of fully mechanized mining working face underground,escorting coal safety production.At present,the commonly used hydraulic support is divided into two column cover type hydraulic support and four column support cover type hydraulic support.However,there is no clear comparative analysis on its application scope and adaptability.In order to ensure safety,four-column support and cover type hydraulic support is usually selected.However,this support has complex structure and high cost,so as to reduce the support cost and meet the requirements of safe production.The structural and working conditions of the supports wew analyzed.The results show that the two-column shield hydraulic support can fully meet the support requirements of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
