摘要
作为煤矿井下“三机”设备之一,采煤机截割机构工作的可靠性直接关系到井下的综采作业效率,采煤机在不同工况下进行截割作业时作用在截割滚筒上的载荷特性存在着较大的差别,对采煤机截割机构的稳定运行造成了较大的影响,采用Matlab仿真分析软件对采煤机在3种典型工况下的截割载荷特性进行了仿真分析,归纳了不同截割载荷作用下对采煤机截割载荷、截割力矩等的变化规律,为优化采煤机截割机构,针对不同的地质条件采用不同的截割作业方案,降低对截齿和截割机构的冲击,提升采煤机截割机构工作可靠性和使用寿命提供理论支撑。
As one of the“three machines”equipment in coal mine,the reliability of shearer cutting mechanism is directly related to the efficiency of underground fully mechanized mining.The load characteristics of shearer acting on the cutting drum under different working conditions are quite different,which results in the stable operation of shearer cutting mechanism.In order to optimize the cutting mechanism of shearer,the cutting load characteristics of shearer under three typical working conditions were simulated and analyzed by using MATLAB simulation analysis software,and the changing rules of shearer cutting load and cutting moment under different cutting loads were summarized.In order to optimize the shearer cutting mechanism,different geological conditions are adopted.Different cutting operation schemes are used to reduce the impact on the pick and the cutting mechanism,and to provide theoretical support for improving the working reliability and service life of the shearer cutting mechanism.
