摘要
采煤机是现代煤矿企业必须具备的综采设备之一,其完好性直接关系到煤炭生产效率。采煤机牵引部传动系统为采煤机沿销轨前移提供驱动。销轨连接部位存在一定的间隙。致使采煤机前移中受到冲击载荷,造成行走轮损坏。采用Adams仿真分析软件对不同销轨连接间隙情况下的采煤机的牵引部的传动系统的动态特性情况进行分析,为优化采煤机牵引部传动系统、提高采煤机牵引部工作可靠性和稳定性提供参考。
Shearer is one of the fully mechanized mining equipments that modern coal mining enterprises must possess.Its integrity is directly related to coal production efficiency.The driving system of shearer traction part provides driving for shearer moving forward along pin rail.There is a certain gap in the pin rail joint.As a result,the shearer receives impact load during forward movement,which causes damage to the running wheel.Adams simulation analysis software was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the driving system of the traction part of shearer under different pin rail connection clearances,which provides a reference for optimizing the driving system of the traction part of shearer and improving the reliability and stability of the traction part of shearer.
