摘要
某矿选煤厂为3台浅槽分选机配送原料煤的SGB-12型刮板运输机在运行中存在物料配送不灵活、槽体底衬板维护难度大、轨道及弧形板事故多、机头尾轮部轴承座和刮板寿命短的问题,为解决上述问题,保证该设备正常运行,采取了增加闸门、加大底衬板和侧板安装尺寸,改变衬板材料,改造槽体结构,改造轴承盖、刮板结构等方案并实施改造。实践证明,改造后的刮板机运行可靠性、安全性高、事故率降低。刮板机的正常运行增加了系统生产运行时间,减轻了职工的维修、维护劳动强度,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
In a mine coal preparation plant by analyzing the the problems of SGB-12 scraper transporter during operation,which is used to transfer raw coal for three shallow tank sorters.There exist the problems of that material distribution is not flexible,the tank bottom lining is difficult to maintain,the accidents of crack and curved plate are many,head and tail wheel housing and life of the scraper is short.In order to solve the above problems,the corresponding transformation plan is taken and implemented,which will ensure the device run normally.Such as,increase the gate,enlarge the installation size of the bottom liner and side panels,change the liner material,reconstruct the tank structure,transform the bearing cover and scraper structure,etc.After the transformation,the number of failures of the scraper was reduced,achieve flexibly material distribution for shallow tank sorter,extend the service life of the bottom plate,bearing housing and scraper.The results show that the modified scraper has the characteristics of high operational reliability,high safety and low accident rate.The normal operation of the scraper not only increases the system production run time,but also reduce the labor intensity of maintenance and maintenance of employees.Then the good economic and social benefits are also achieved.
