钢渣胶凝材料化利用-复合矿渣研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了以钢渣替代矿渣,掺加激发剂粉磨后作为复合矿渣粉,分别研究了直接取代、掺加水泥熟料复配两种方法的钢渣利用比例及对活性等指标的影响。实验结果表明,钢渣直接取代矿渣时,取代比例小于16%时,7 d、28 d活性等指标符合S95矿粉标准要求;钢渣∶矿渣∶水泥熟料配比为40∶45∶15时,复合矿粉活性等指标符合S95矿粉标准要求。 The steel slag was used to replace the slag,and the activator was used as the composite slag powder.The steel slag utilization ratio and the activity index were directly studied by direct replacement and cement clinker compounding.The experimental results show that when the steel slag directly replaces the slag,when the substitution ratio is less than 16%,the activity indexes such as 7 d and 28 d meet the requirements of S95 mineral powder standard;when the steel slag∶slag and cement clinker ratio is 40∶45∶15,the activity and other indicators meet the S95 mineral powder standard requirements.
