摘要
采用辊涂法在玻璃上制备合适的增透膜薄膜可以增加玻璃光透过率,该文依据实际生产条件,根据特征矩阵法,利用TFCALE软件探究了SiO2单层膜薄膜材料的光学参数对辊涂法镀膜透过率的影响,分析了折射率和厚度对薄膜光学透过率的影响规律。
Using roller coating method to prepare appropriate antireflective film on the glass can increase the light transmittance of the glass.According to the actual production conditions and the characteristic matrix method,the article investigated the influence of optical parameters of SiO2 single-layer film material on the light transmittance of roller coating by using TFCALE software and analyzed the influence of refractive index and thickness on the light transmittance of the film.
