摘要
烧结和高炉等区域生产会产生大量的粉尘,需要将其内部循环使用,如果使用不合理,不但污染现场环境,更会对生产造成波动,造成烧结机糊蓖条、粘台车等现象,降低烧结矿产质量。通过采用除尘灰气体输送方式,进入专门料仓并且定量使用,保证并改善了堆放杂料间的现场环境,减少生产波动,避免了烧结机出现糊蓖条,粘台车等现象。
Sintering and blast furnace production will produce a large amount of dust,which needs to be recycled.If used unreasonably,it will not only pollute the site environment,but also cause fluctuations in production,resulting in pasting of sintering machine,sticking trolley and other phenomena,and reduce the quality of sinter ore.By using the way of dust removal gas transportation,entering the special silo and using it quantitatively,the site environment of the stacking room is improved,the production fluctuation is reduced,and the phenomena of slurry and sticking trolley in sintering machine are avoided.
